Fruits

We take great care in our fruit selections. First, the fruit must meet our high standards regarding taste, freshness, appearance. Fresh dipped fruit is normally ordered in advance. Fresh fruits have a limited handling and shelf life.

Fresh Fruits

Stawberries
Fresh, locally grown, strawberries dipped in milk, semi-sweet, or white chocolate. A seasonal product. (Can be special ordered thru-out the year, but we might have to use strawberries from other sources, depending on the season).
Cherries
Medium size and pitted, with the stem attached, dipped in milk or semi-sweet chocolate.

Glacé Fruits

Orange
Thin orange slice dipped in milk or semi-sweet chocolate.
Pear
Pear wedge dipped in milk or semi-sweet chocolate.
Apricot
Thick apricot slice dipped in milk or semi-sweet chocolate.
Pineapple
Thick pineapple slice dipped in milk or semi-sweet chocolate.

Candied Fruits

Orange Peel
Thin strips of orange peel enrobed in semi-sweet chocolate.

Dried Fruits

Cherries
Pitted and enrobed in chocolate.
Blueberries
Enrobed in chocolate.

Other

Ginger (wet)
Dipped in milk or semi-sweet chocolate.
